An old, stone cottage, which has been fully renovated and modernised, with a small garden and patio area, providing all the facilities you would require of a holiday cottage in the Lake District. A private parking space is at the end of the row of cottages. This holiday cottage is located overlooking the village and has magnificent views of the lake and forest, yet is only a few minutes walk from the village centre. The road is fairly steep for about 200 yards. The cottage has been subject to a through but sympathetic renovation resulting in a comfortable layout with a lounge, dining-kitchen, and utility room. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a fully tiled bathroom. The cottage is fully equipped and has central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble-dryer, TV, DVD and Video and a Living Flame gas fire in the lounge. Gas, electricity, bed-linen and towels are included in the price.
