After making a booking clients become responsible for the full amount should they have to cancel. Every endeavour will be made by the owners to re-let in which case a refund of the balance may be payable. We strongly suggest you take out your own holiday insurance to cover your needs.

We aim to present the accommodation to the complete satisfaction of incoming guests and ask that it should be left in the same condition that you found it.

Any loss or damage must be reported and paid for before leaving.

Consideration for other guests is expected at all times. Unreasonable behaviour may result in guests being required to vacate the property immediately without refund.

The owners reserve the right to enter the cottage or apartments if they consider circumstances deem it necessary. Should the owners have to cancel for any reason they shall only be liable for refunding the amount paid.

Keys are normally available from 2pm to 4pm on the day of arrival unless other arrangements have been made.

The cottage and apartments must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
